Faith helped me to understand that some things that I’ve done that I take for granted are actually quite uncommon and can be really attractive to prospective employers. This was also a good exercise and exactly what I needed. Before, if anyone asked me what was valuable about me, I would have said something bland and vague like ‘Well, I’m organized and a good communicator’.
